General Business Terms

1. Price
All prices are in CHF and include 7.7% VAT.

2. Order / Delivery
All orders are binding. If a product is no longer available or no longer available in the desired quantity, we will inform you immediately. We reserve the right not to deliver the goods in the event of unavailability. Mailing costs are stipulated in the order.

3. Delivery Time
Products in stock can be delivered within 1-2 weeks.

4. Returns / Damaged Goods
Only goods that get damaged during transport will be taken back. If this is the case, please inform us thereof in writing within two days after receipt.
We do not accept responsibility for supplying products which differ in packaging or size from the image of the product on this website.

5. Return Policy
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please send us your cancellation within 14 days after receipt of the goods (time of dispatch is significant). Return the goods to us within 14 days after your cancellation. We will arrange for a refund as soon as we have received the goods in the original packaging.
